Johnson failing to move GOP bills in the House. Republican Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson,

0:16.7

has been having a rough week, and Tuesday night was not a good sign for 2026. We often talk about

0:25.0

vote count math here on the channel. It's a measure of whether or not a bill can make it through

0:30.3

1:52.7

1:59.0

Breznihan and Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania, La Lota of New York,

2:04.7

Moore of West Virginia, and Van Drew and Smith of New Jersey, voted with Democrats to stop the bill.

2:13.7

Johnson once again reassured the press, quote,
