| 1:17.0 | there are two questions that keep popping up. I can answer those. The first is, well if we enact these reforms, what do we do if all of our cops |

| 1:34.0 | If you enact reforms to stop your officers |
| 1:38.0 | from engaging in excessive force and they quit, |
| 1:42.0 | you throw a party, That's what you do. You throw a party, you celebrate. Dance |
| 1:46.8 | in the streets. Nobody's going to stop you. If they're going to quit because new policies are coming along that are going to stop them from engaging in excessive force and hurting people, |
| 1:59.0 | they shouldn't be cops. You should be happy they're quitting. |
