Well, howdy there, Internet people, it's spell again.

So today, we're going to talk about Doge's inefficiency.

Early on in the Trump administration, Doge, which was supposed to be an office to boost efficiency, and get rid of waste, made mistake after mistake after mistake.

Everything from the funny, like mistaking millions for billions in basic math,

to frightening, like cutting crews that protect the nation's nuclear arsenal,

and the list just goes on and on.

Doge's move fast and break things idea of efficiency just became an

endless loop of repeated Chesterton fence moments. Oh, so that's why they did it like this.

Remember those emails they wanted from federal employees asking for five things they did this week?

I wonder what Doge reviewers would say if a federal employee's email was,

had to redo the stuff I did last week because I did it wrong.

One of the most controversial moves was going after the National Oceanic and Atmospheric

Administration and the National Weather

Service. Well, NOAA and the NWS are hiring. Or should I say rehiring? Hundreds of people,

radar techs, meteorologists, and so on. The move to rehire people for the agency came after all the scrutiny over the Texas floods.

It's important to remember that a former NOAA administrator suggested Doge cuts made an impact on the response to the floods,

on top of the outrage from citizens and the pushing

from the Democratic Party. Republicans in tornado-prone areas pushed as well. Representative Mark

Alford of Missouri said, quote, hundreds of unfilled positions have caused NWS offices across the country to cancel weather

balloon launches, forego overnight staffing, and force remaining meteorologists to overwork

themselves. While I welcome this overdue news to hire more meteorologists. We need to pass our bipartisan bill

to ensure these new hires are permanent and protected from any future cuts. Experts suggest that
