Instagram handle for a couple reasons, mainly really not that important to guys noticed, but I did change my Instagram handle for a couple reasons,

mainly really not that important to you guys, but I changed my at three courts therapy

handle and Instagram profile that is now at cat, kat, daffata, D-E-F-A-T-A.

And I did that because that's going to be less of me promoting my actual practice and me

and promoting just essentially me and my beliefs and whatever I want to put on there. So it doesn't

have to be so associated with the practice. So if you've seen like a random, you're like,
