Well, howdy there internet people? It's Bell again. So today we're going to talk about

Arlington, Trump, common practice, and common sense. Over the last couple of days, the

internet has been abuds with statements about Trump's PR stunt using the graves of

service people at Arlington to make a political point.

There are allegations of a physical altercation between Trump's team and the staff at Arlington.

Those allegations reportedly centered on photography near recent burial sites.

For those outside of the United States or those unfamiliar, Arlington is a cemetery

for military personnel.

For the U.S. there aren't a whole lot of places viewed as more sacred.

In the movies you've seen, it's the place with all of the white headstones,

and I've never seen footage or photos that give a clear picture of the size of the place.

Let's get the simple stuff out of the way first.

In a statement, Arlington said, quote,

federal law prohibits political campaign or election-related activities within Army National

Military Cemetery.

To include photographers, content creators, or any other person person attending for purposes or in direct support of a

partisan political candidates campaign.

The statement went on to say Arlington National Cemetery reinforced and widely shared this law and its

prohibitions with all participants.

We can confirm there was an incident and a report was filed.
