Friends, can you believe that we read through all four Gospels 12 times in 2023?

We certainly finished better because we finished together.

I'm not kidding when I tell you it was

the biggest gift to my life this year. We read the story of Jesus Christ's life on earth,

the friendships, the parables, the sacrifices, the meals and the miracles, and reading them again. the when I look back on 2023 and we're not stopping here.

We have some exciting things in store for Let's read the Gospels in 2024.

I can't wait to tell you more soon but first we're just changing things up a bit

starting in January. We're slowing down. For the month of

January, February, and March I'm going to read you one chapter a day from the

N-I-V. My hope is that this new rhythm gives us a little more space to savor and think and digest details of Jesus' life that we may have missed before.

And every day I'm going to read to you and pray, but then I'm also going to tell you a verse that stood out to me.

And I want to hear the verses that stand out to you too.

We're going to have a little conversation next year on the pod as well.
