Let him go isn't subtle, but as a genre film, it's original and shrewdly made with a

flora-dly gripping suspense. That's Owen Glyberman, one of the best film critics in America. He's the

chief film critic for Variety. His thoughts on her feature review this week let him go. Let him go is only the

third film that I've seen in movie theaters since the pandemic began in March 11. Think about that. I

liked me. I could go once a week and I've gone three times now in eight-and-a-half months and

thankfully I found it to be a very rewarding experience in a film that was much better than I had

anticipated. I like the trailer, but the movie was even better than the trailer. Plus we've got

entertainment news involving Wonder Woman 1984 and a little gal Gadot for you coming to America. Wherever

ways, he's the reason there even is a cinephile because of his support and getting me to the Oscars.

Haven't caught up with Ben since February 5th. That was when we talked just after Sundance. He was

giving his reviews of the Sundance movie. So long time catch up with Ben. His wife's got a new

the awards circuit. Normally we'd be knee deep. I start getting screeners in mid-October. Now I think

it's going to be mid-December because you know the Oscars got pushed from late February to late April.

So if you do the math, two months from now we should get going. But December is going to be a big

time month for your Oscar hopefuls. December 4th, you're going to get Mank from David Fincher,

Nomad Land, which won the audience award in Toronto, Chloe Jaws film, Frances McDormand,
