Welcome. I'm Lauren. Today we are going to do a meditation to help your sleep and support

your relaxation about letting go, letting life go, shutting the door to worries, to anxiety and

focusing upon self, allowing yourself that time to restore, to recover, to replenish. Before we

start, choose a space in which you will practice your meditation. Dress in loose clothing,

because one of the aims of this meditation is your sleep. You may wish to select your bed,

but it's up to you, your choice, declutter and prepare the space and when you are ready,

we will begin. Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

Invite your mindful self into this space. Set an intention for this space. This is an

internal space. This is your space in which to recover, restore, replenish.

Take a moment and imagine that this space is a room. Take a moment and imagine,

imagine walking to the door of this room and shutting the door,

shutting the door to everything, to the past, to relationships, to events, to memory,

to happenings, everything, shut the door to everything. This room, this room that you are visualising
