We pray that you'll be blessed as Andrew teaches insights from the life of

Elijah and now here's Andrew and I made this point but this is an indication

about what kind of person this woman was.

Because on the worst day of her life in the natural,

some stranger walks up and says,

give me something to drink.

And she just went to get it for him.

That reveals that she was a giver. Most people

wouldn't do this on a good day, much less a bad day. She was a giver. And then

as she was going to get this water, Elijah called out to her and he says, I pray thee, bring me a morsel

of bread in thine hand. And the woman turned and said, as the Lord thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but a handful of meal in a barrel and a little

oil in a cruise, and behold I am gathering two sticks that I may go in and dress it for me and

for my son, that we may eat it and die.

Again, I spent a lot of time on this issue, but I don't believe that she was just saying

that we are going to eat it and die and that that's what she was believing.

She was just stating, this is the way it is in the natural,

but God had commanded her to sustain someone,

and I believe she was stating this,

not with a period at the end, but a question mark,

like I'm gonna do this and eat it and die
