America's at a crossroads and someone needs to stand up for America's rights. I'm Leo Terrell, America's

fair-minded civil rights attorney. Here is my opening statement. Your vote is at risk and let me tell you why.

First of all, President Trump is absolutely right.

Vote by mail is dangerous, disastrous,

and there's a tremendous possibility

of mail fraud, voters fraud, and in my opinion,

could invalidate this upcoming election.

I want to tell you my ordeal in dealing with a mail-in ballot.

Today, I voted for the first time in my life.

Republican. Today I voted for Donald J. Trump.

But I'm worried, I'm worried if my vote will count. Why? Because I voted by mail.

And I wanted to be absolutely sure not an absentee ballot but one of the 21

million ballots that were mailed out to everyone.

And I'm gonna get into more detail about that,

but just imagine, you didn't ask for a ballot,

but 21 million ballots were mailed out. In my opinion, to strangers, those who didn't even ask for it.

And what the president said is absolutely right.

Mailing, mail out ballot is right for fraud.

Let me tell you what I did to take precautions to make sure that my vote for the president will count.

No guarantee, but I took these precautions.

First of all, when I opened up my ballot,

there's no request for verification.
