America's at a crossroads and someone needs to stand for America's rights.

I am Leo Terrell, America's fair-minded civil rights attorney.

Here is my opening statement.

President Trump, fill this seat.

Let me tell you why President Trump must fill this seat. It is critical

for our democracy. It is critical for our

liberty. It is critical for our personal freedom. It is critical for our personal freedom.

It is critical to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.

We need a strict constructionist,

a judge who is going to follow the Constitution, who's going to interpret the Constitution as not going

to make law from the Supreme Court. This appointment, Mr President, and America, will give the

working Conservatives a majority on the Supreme Court,

and we need that.

And it is incumbent for every senator who

identify himself or herself as a Republican to vote for this confirmation.

Shame on you, Senator Collins, from Maine, for abandoning the president.

Senator Murkowski for abandoning the president.

Thank you, Mitt Romney, for agreeing to vote with the Republican Party and agreeing to vote for the nominee.

We are blessed. We are fortunate that we have 51 Republican senators who will confirm President Trump's

nominee. We don't need the Democrats. I'm sorry Nancy Pelosi. You have

no say in this. You have no legal authority in the selection process and the confirmation process.

You do not belong to the US Senate.
