America's at a crossroad and someone needs to scan for America's rights.

I am Leo Terrell, America's fair-minded civil rights attorney.

Here is my opening statement.

Black Americans are voting for Donald J Trump.

That is absolutely correct and that should not be surprising to the Democrats and

Joe Biden.

Black America has woken up. Black America is driving in

drove to vote for Republican Donald J Trump.

If someone would have asked Leo Terrell,

eight months ago, would you vote for Donald J Trump?

I would have said no.

But I want to thank Joe Biden and the Democratic Party. And I think many black Americans want to thank Joe Biden and the Democratic Party. Why? Because Joe

Biden six months ago went on a national radio program

and insulted every American, including black Americans.

What did he say?

If you vote Republican, you ain't black.

Personally, I was upset.

I was angry. I've been a lifelong civil rights attorney and I believe in equality and fairness

No group of people vote as a block All women don't vote one way or the other. All Catholics

don't vote one way or the other. Joe Biden expected every black American in this country to vote Democrat simply because he's a Democrat.

Notwithstanding the fact that Joe Biden hadn't done anything for black Americans in the 47 years he's been in office.

Personally, as I mentioned, I was heard by those statements. I was hurt by those words. I've always
