And now I welcome Henry Sikalski, the executive director of the Non-Proliferation Policy

Education Center.

We go to news from Washington, the Space Force,

75th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Squadron. Now

across a space architecture that would include the capability to, from an all-demain perspective, take down

an enemy capability. I connect this with a study recently revealed by the People's Liberation Army, identifying Starling

as a threat, three pieces of threat.

One, it has a clear military focus, says the PLA.

Two, it occupies a lot of space frequency resources, says the PLA.

And three, it can be used as a suicide mission to knock down other satellites.

Henry, a very good evening to you war moves

to low-Earth orbit. You have anticipated this over these last years. I know that in

detail I believe in 22 we talked of a war game involving North Korea nuclear weapon

used at lower Earth orbit or not in orbit but a sub-orbit taking down the constellation used by the US Navy in

anticipation of war in the Pacific but you've got updated games as well.

So we're moving now into Space Force saying we're

building targeting folders and the PLA saying Starlink is an enemy weapon system. Are we already in space war Henry?
