I'm retired from patrolling the streets of D.C.

No, I've just been, you know, working on my substack, working on the YouTube show that launched.

We launched that about a month ago.

You know, just trying to build a platform and help platform other people in this moment.

national guards, national guard members on the streets of Washington, D.C. and Donald Trump

saying he's going to do it elsewhere. You saw he did it in California earlier this summer.

What do you think about that as someone who is a trained former police officer?

Well, first, I got to look at it from the perspective of an American citizen.

And, you know, as a citizen, I'm outraged.

I'm outraged that Donald Trump, the president of the United States would usurp the, you know, democratic process and usurp

the voters in the District of Columbia who elected a city council, who elected a mayor to run their city

the way that they saw fit and to go against their will.
