Leif Babin is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer and a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
Along with being the New York Times bestselling co-author of the books Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win and The Dichotomy Of Leadership: Balancing The Challenges Of Extreme Ownership To Lead And Win, Leif co-founded the leadership-focused company Echelon Front with Jocko Willink, where he serves as the President and COO.
Following the Battle of Ramadi in 2006, he took over as officer in charge of the Junior Officer Training Course. He then served as the Operations Officer and Executive Officer at a SEAL Team.
During their conversation, Leif and Jack discuss leadership, their time in uniform, discipline, and a lot more.
