0:56.0	a juvenile trial.
0:57.8	This is out of Des Moines, IMA.
0:59.8	We're talking about Jeremy Goudelle is facing first degree murder charges for allegedly
1:05.2	helping a classmate kill their high school Spanish teacher, a really tragic story.
1:10.3	The teacher was beaten to death with a baseball back.
1:14.1	Jeremy was 16 when arrested in the killing of the 66 year old Nohima Graber who taught
1:21.4	at Fairfield High School.
1:24.0	Goudelle's attorney presented testimony from a clinical psychologist who had diagnosed
1:29.3	him with attention deficit hyperactive disorder.
1:33.0	I don't know if that is some sort of defense that could excuse murder but we will be following
1:40.2	this closely to see.
