Anyway, there's a couple things I wanted to touch on this week. One is the latest developments in Grant Furnitist et al, whoever else is named in that suit. I'm not going to get too much into it. I don't want to

get too much into it. And I don't think that really anybody should, because as I said from the

start, nobody should ever assume anything in legal pleadings is the gospel, especially things

that are not signed under penalties of perjury and affidavit, which is

typically anything in the pleadings. Sometimes the attorney signs something under penalty as officer

of the court, but they're just saying that that's what their client faithfully relayed to them.

In any event, I said that at the beginning, I said it on

Hammerlock Hangover. I'm not sure I've ever said it on the wrestling super airwaves.

I posted it on Twitter. And this also applies to the answer. So along the way, I've said that

there was likely going to be a bunch of motions.

And I also said the case would either settle really quickly or things were going to grind down to

a slow pace like I'm talking right now. And that's just how litigation is. It's going to be

frustrating. This doesn't mean that the case won't settle or resolve,
