I am aware. I was aware before this but I but I had a bunch of slack conversations on Friday night

What is your, where is your expertise in a lot?

Like where were you practicing and what was your specialty?

Sure.

So my specialty was transactional law actually so this is a little bit further a field for me

Rest assured I've been in contact with various litigators in a few different states to make sure that I'm on the right track here.

But I did corporate finance law and a little bit of bankruptcy work for a firm called Vincent and Elkins.

Primarily a Texas firm, but with an international client-based and international

offices.

So, primarily, I was working with credit agreements, security agreements, when those went south doing a little bit of bankruptcy work, and making sure that, you know, the banks were happy the clients had money and everybody was hunky-dory.
