0:29.6	actual position is, is because they kind of want to hide him in the Oval Office, in the executive branch,
0:36.8	to assert all of these privileges and
0:39.5	immunities so they could not be transparent. Remember a few weeks back, Michael Popak and I said,
0:46.1	what they're going to do when they get FOIA requests is they're going to say he's a special
0:50.3	advisor to Donald Trump, and they're not going to be transparent and they're not going
0:55.1	to provide documents.
0:56.4	Sure enough, we're seeing that in a ton of court filings this week, where they're basically
1:01.7	saying, as a result, USDS, which is what they're calling if the United States digital services
1:07.4	is not subject to FOIA.
1:09.7	And they're saying that because it's in the executive branch under Presidential Records Act,
1:14.6	under various executive immunities, they're saying they don't have to turn over the records.
1:19.6	And federal judges are getting fed up and they're basically saying, who is the person who is leading
1:25.6	the complete wrecking ball that is hitting our federal government
1:30.3	and taking away all of these positions.
1:33.3	And not only that, but the cruelty with which it is being done where people are being not just
1:39.3	stripped of their jobs, but stripped of their dignity and falsely told it's because of their performance,
1:45.1	which is also preventing individuals who are being terminated for cause from getting unemployment
