Linden starts this text by looking basically at the successes that the Bolsheviks had and trying

to make a case that those successes have basically universal importance.

So Lenin really begins by looking at this idea of universal significance

for the Russian Revolution.

He's really concerned with demonstrating that the successes of the Bolsheviks have international

import for all communists struggle across the world,

and he argues that at least some of them need to be pretty much universally repeatable in all contexts.
