there's a consistency and if we can really hammer that out as adults either with our children as parents

or as adults in our adult relationships we then let that take take itself forward you know we're

always trying to work on changing what we are intergenerationally

transmitting, you know, instilling and internalizing, instilling in our children and what they are

internalizing. But then also what we are spreading out based on all the different people we interact with,

the advice we give, our thought processes. You know, that's what's awesome is it's all systemic.

And we can start to make that change. And I'm always blown away by the people coming into my clinical practice, the patients

that I work with, the courage and the bravery to really look at who they are and who they want to be.

And, you know, what is essentially that disconnectionion not everyone's willing to do that very

few people are willing to do that and I think it's necessary you know we are beings out in

the world and we got a lot of things to worry about a lot of things to focus on I know I

mean I don't want to overwhelm anybody but think about what we need to think about.

In the course of one day, you have to brush your teeth and floss twice.

You want to make sure you're drinking six to eight glasses of water.
