Hello, everyone. Today on the show, we have a special guest, Eric Rojas. He is a professional

with a background in personal development and real

estate. For over a decade, Eric served as a program leader and senior staff member at Landmark

Worldwide, the infamous and influential large group awareness training organization, where he led programs for thousands of participants

across various offices nationwide. After finally coming to terms with what he says are the

abusive practices of Landmark, Eric shifted his focus to building a family and pursuing entrepreneurial ventures.

He entered the real estate industry and eventually established his own successful business,

demonstrating that the same commitment and drive that marked his earlier career in Landmark

could be used towards legitimate means.

And today, after experiencing the grueling,

I mean grueling work life in Landmark,

Eric values quality time with his family

and balancing his work life

with activities that bring joy and fulfillment,

which I'm so happy about for him.
