1:26.3	to be here. This has been an aspiration for me for a few years since I first came into the real estate journey. I listened to the rookie show. And then I officially set it as a goal this year. And it's happening. So thank you so much. Well, we are just as excited to have you as a guest today and to learn about your journey.
1:46.0	So let's start off with the beginning. What was your introduction to real estate?
1:50.7	The first time we, my husband and I bought a property was in the fall of 2020. And I had always
1:56.9	been interested in real estate. I actually went to school for interior design because I had a
2:02.1	passion for flipping houses and remodeling houses. And I wanted to learn a little bit more about
2:08.4	that business. And I was really interested in design. So I got my degree in interior design,
2:13.1	but then graduated in the middle of the recession. So never actually, fresh out of school, never really started in the career that I thought
2:21.1	I was going to be doing, which is what I thought I was going to school for.
2:25.0	And then I ended up going into a sales role for many years.
