1:47.9	place for aspirations and goals and resolutions and all that jazz. And I don't know about you,
1:55.7	but I'm feeling like this year is not the year for that kind of energy. And so if you would like a goal
2:05.4	setting podcast, if you would like a life coach to tell you about all the different things
2:11.0	you should think about changing in your life, there are, I'm sure your Instagram feed is full
2:16.1	with all kinds of gurus who would like to help you
