We developed this little thing called the Harper Hand.

It's this brass hand.

It's really long.

There's an open palm on one end.

It's a very far end.

And what we developed it for was to go inside an open book,

an open cocktail table book.

A spine of a book, yeah.

But then to up level it, we made a book cradle, which

is acrylic.

And so that holds the book and gives that its own layer

on the cocktail table.

And then the Harper Hand sits in the crotch of the book,

That's what my dad would call it.

Yeah, so like the open spine, right?

And it just gives us a little bit of elevation,

I think, to it and gives it a usefulness.

And that layer also makes you feel 10,000 times more
