That was pathological liar, Donald Trump, who the Washington Post recorded telling 30,573 lies during his first presidency, lying once again this time to Rachel Scott of ABC News. And America is lucky tonight. But Rachel Scott is in the White House Press Corps. Last year, she won an award from the Washington Association of Black Journalists.
