You can make a mistake, you know, like you have the wrong copy or the wrong color on an ad,

and no one's going to die over that. And I think that there's just like not taking it too

seriously and being comfortable with the fact that you might fail. And if you do, you're going to

learn a lot. And that learning is actually way more valuable than just playing it safe all the time.
