Let's talk about how you've gone even more so all in on your business because there's the stinginess and the level of foresight that you've had with the jobs that you take, which to me takes a ton of courage.

I mean, I know better than anybody else.

It takes a serious level of courage.

But then also, gosh, we could talk about pricing.

I definitely want to talk about pricing with you.

But then also there's this level of investing as well into your own business.

And I've seen you do this. You now have two team members.

And again, not a situation where it's like, I have all of this cash. Where do I want to spend it?

Okay, let's shop for a couple of team members. Both came in very organically at an opportune time, but both required you to take a leap of courage and faith betting on the success of your business that hadn't quite hit yet.

Right. So let's talk about that because we were all growing these businesses and it's very hard.

I don't need to tell anybody how hard it is to do it alone and especially in your line of work.

This mentality, I guess having the courage to invest in that way to go all in on, you know,

with a team and you even think down to and i love this about you down to

how your team dresses and how y'all show up together yeah and appear as a unit whenever you're

which that when i say that out loud it's like duh but no it's not duh because you see a lot of

other people out there and they don't think twice about what they're wearing and how they present. And you have this very,

relatively small business, but you're just thinking, you're acting as if you're already

a studio McGee. Yeah. You know, like you already have this brand. You truly. It's,

it's the team mentality. And it comes back to to the sport again, You know, like you already have this brand. You truly. It's the team mentality and it comes back to to the sport again, you know, and the culture.

And you see a team on deck that's stretching together, cheering together.

It's like, I want to be on that team, you know?

So naturally, yeah, you want to build a team of assistance. and we're not talking 25 people here, we're just talking one or two, that are on board with your vision and your confidence.
