Alright, what's good guys? Welcome to JD's in the Dufflebag podcast. So my name is

Becca Dudley and this is the very first time I'm hosting this podcast, I'm not going

to lie to you, I'm very, very gasped right now. And if you are listening on your device

or whatever, I'll just set the scene of what's going down today. We're in a very white

room. There's like pink lights and balloons everywhere. We are celebrating International

Women's Day today. So I've got about 20 gorgeous faces looking at me. Make some

nice lovely audience. Hi everybody. So yeah, as I suppose it's not your average podcast

today because we have got, we are very much live. But because it's International Women's

Day, I don't think I could think of a better guest to have. I guess because she has been

such an important mentor to me. When I first started out on my career, I can't tell you

what a massive help this person was. And she still continued to inspire me even till

today. And I know also that she is just a firm believer in bigging up the gallium, right?

It's a big surprise. But Laura went more everyone.

And in here, one inch. We're sure, man. It's from the heart. It makes me a little bit

emotional, right? It is.

It is. You have well you're doing now. And vice versa for you when they said that

you were hosting today. I was like, yes, Becca. And actually, I don't think we've been

in the situation before. No, we haven't. No.

Because when I was in MTV and then I left MTV, I was still there, I was doing, I'm

a slab and stuff. We've got this new girl. And I saw you, I'm like, oh my god, she's

so pretty. And she's really good at what she does. And then she's watching you grow and

then knowing that you're hosting today. I'm like, I'm in good hands. I'm in safe hands.
