A folks it's Ben Greenfield here with a quick update.

You may have noticed that my voice sounds a little horse

and beat up and that the beginning of this podcast

sounds a little bit different than

the normal Ben Greenfield Fitness podcast.

And that's because today there is no podcast.

I've just returned from eight days

at the SealFit Academy down in Incentitas, California.

And literally five seconds ago,

pressed publish on a blog post that chronicles

much of that experience.

Now, because I've been gone for eight days,

there's not a whole lot of time today to podcast.

And this is compounded by the fact that

I've just moved into a new house in the middle of the forest

in which I only have satellite internet.

And so I'm having a very, very difficult time

figuring out how to have a conversation

with my podcast sidekick Brock

because there is an enormous amount of latency

and a little bit of quality loss during the podcast session.

So I'm working on getting all of that sorted,
