How do you feel about Mike Vables' training camp so far?

It has been the lightest training camp that I have ever covered in terms of work, some of the decisions that they've made, veteran time off.

You know, look, you know, he's certainly entitled to it.

Mike Vrable's way smarter than I am.

I'm just telling you that in my history of covering the NFL over 20 years, this is the

lightest training camp that I've ever covered.

Does it surprise you?

And a little bit, I mean, I didn't know much about Vrabel.

We did a joint practice.

The Patriots had a joint practice in Tennessee once.

And I think I also saw Vrabel in West Virginia at one point.

I guess it shouldn't because I reached out to Paul Kaharski down in Nashville, has his own site,

and he's covered Vrable, covered the Titans for years, and he said that Vrable did the exact same thing when he was in Tennessee.

And then I was like, well, let me look at how Vrable's team started the season.

And, hey, if they started great, he's on to something.

That was not the case.

Rable lost his last three season openers as head coach of the Titans,

and he lost four of the six when he was there.
