Yes, indeed, yes indeed. muffins. Yes indeed you're listening to the B Scott show. Today's going to

a little bit different until Denver shows up. He is probably caught up in the vegan street fair situation. So when I

showed up to do the show today, where we tape at, it was this massive vegan, you know, street show going on and parking is hard to find.

And as you, some of you love Muffins may know, I was vegan.

I went vegan at different points in my life. So maybe two or three years ago I had

started being vegan and you know I had done it for like maybe a whole year and then I got a little bit too too thin.

And so I started to incorporate some like back to fish and then you know back to chicken but I never do I never

did beef or pork and so I went from that to doing beef and pork then I went back to

vegan and then I started working out and trying to get

muscle mass, and the muscle mass just wasn't coming the way that I wanted, and so I went back to eating

meat. And so needless to say there's a vegan

Street fair that's happening outside and I am here and I'm going to be

doing much like how in my serious XM radio show days and

Kudos and shout out to any love muffins that remembers my serious XM radio show that I did on Jamie Fox's Foxhole where I basically did the whole show

by myself and we just ran down the topics as well as we had in callers. I'm

actually thinking about at some point we need to bring back the

callers like Love Muffins calling in and me interacting with them directly. So yeah,

so my weekend, what did I do this weekend? This weekend my best friend, one of my best friends from New York came into town and we just did a whole bunch of eating it seemed like like all weekend we just you know ate

and and drank and just did a whole bunch of that but it was really reminded me how nice it is to have

people who know and love you for a long time in your life and so I told him I was like I really wish that you lived here and or I have to start going to New York a lot more.
