On this episode, we speak to supervising writer at late night, Seth Reese, who wrote the new

movie, A Big Bold, Beautiful Journey. We're also joined by Seth's mom, Hillary Myers, who shares a

couple of books she thinks are worth your time. Finally, we hear from a few late-night staffers

co-writer of the 2022 movie The Menu, starring Ray Fines and Anya Taylor Joy. His latest, A Big

Bold Beautiful Journey, stars Colin Farrell and

Margo Robbie and is in theaters now. Seth speaks to us about the inspiration for a big,

bold, beautiful journey, and the maybe unexpected place and time where the idea came to him.

We also chat about some of the lessons he learned during the making of this, his second feature film,

when he feels he is the most productive as a writer, and whether or not he thinks his comedic voice has changed after over 10 years writing for late night.
