| 1:00.7 | the funding shortfall will be resolved soon. This deal keeps the government funded until the middle of |
| 1:05.9 | March. It also provides $100 billion in disaster relief and $10 billion in economic aid for farmers. |
| 1:13.5 | Plus, it fully funds the reconstruction of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore. |

| 1:21.7 | like there's no restrictions on investments in China and no pay raise for lawmakers. |
