They use his own cuffs against him.

The good thing is when you use those, usually put fake tattoos tattoos on you, so maybe he looked tougher. Oh, yeah. No one mess with him when he got in. Maybe next year he dresses as a clown and a circus comes along and picks him right up. It would not be nice.
