The first thing I want to talk about, and we'll get into the draft and some of the stuff going on with the 2020 Raiders, but I want to know what the feeling is around the organization, obviously moving to Las Vegas and a couple of years ago having a couple of TV guys in John Gruden and Mike Mayock stepping in and running the show there for the Raiders, and I'm sure there was some

skepticism, although, you know, John Gruden, he'd been out of the game for a bit, but he was a

Super Bowl head coach. But I'm sure there was some skepticism in bringing in a couple of TV guys to

run the show. So what's the overall vibe right now around the Raiders?

I think that the vibe is really, really good with the Raiders, you know, and I'll tell you,

when Mike Mayock was hired, there was a lot of people, including myself, that were very excited

about that.
