He just published January 12th, 2020. Very interesting book. Very well researched about the subject I'm interested in, which is Vegas and early Vegas.

The title of his book is Las Vegas's Dunes Hotel Casino and Country Club, the mob,

the connections, the stories.

And Mr. Benari has written other books.

There's a lot of books written by him about magic, card tricks.

I'm not going to list them all, but you can see them on Amazon.

So he's definitely been writing.

He moved to Los, Gino, Minari, moved to Las Vegas in 1964,

and was involved in all facets of the gambling and hospitality business.

He was an adjunct professor at UNLV from 1980 to 1985.

He was also a weekly columnist for the Herald Examiner's West Coast Supplement,

Vegas Magazine, and his website is his full name.

Well, congratulations on the book.

I know you have a long history in Vegas. Maybe you can just kind of talk about a little bit of your career background and then what led you to put together this book, Las Vegas's Dune's Hotel.

Well, I graduated high school out of Burbank, California. And that was in June of 1964. And that week, I moved to Las Vegas with about 40 bucks in my pocket.
