[00:55] Embracing Changes To Succeed On Your Health Journey Larry had to embrace change and make his health a priority to succeed. In the past, Larry was morbidly obese and had IBS, bloody gums, bloody stools, severe asthma, allergies, depression, and brain fog. One day, Larry stopped buying bread and pasta. [09:25] Both Kay Lynne and Larry Have Benefited From Lifestyle Changes As an elementary school teacher, Kay Lynne ate a lot of processed foods throughout the day. When Larry changed his diet, Kay Lynne followed suit. Larry and Kay Lynne started intermittent fasting organically because they simply weren’t hungry. Kay Lynne’s heaviest weight was 210, and she lost 70 pounds. [16:25] Changing Your Lifestyle Can Make Your Relationships Even Better Larry and Kay Lynne’s relationship got better when they changed their diets. Not being hungry all the time was one of the best benefits of their lifestyle changes. Plus, Larry and Kay Lynne feel more comfortable in their bodies.
