Happiness is often associated with things like success or fame or fortune.

But some of the most interesting, in fact some of the happiest people I've ever met, follow a different path.

This week I'm visiting a place called Langley Park, which is a house and gardens just outside Montrose on the east coast of Scotland.

Now, owners, Marianne and Philip Santa, moved there in 2001.

And since then, their restoration of the house and the gardens has very much been a labour of love.

I let Marianne take up the story.

We were farming down in Kent.

We had 600 ewes and various grass.

We did hay for horses.

And we'd also started a dried flower business

about 15 years before we moved up here, which was in 2001.

And it just got busier and busier and busier down there.
