how they attach themselves, and especially what it means to be alone. Lane Moore is the author of a recent book called How to Be Alone if you want to and even if you don't.

Lane melds her comedy background and this interest in human connection in a show called

Tinder Live.

She goes on stage, checks out the single guys looking for ones that are unique, noteworthy.

Lane gets the audience involved, and ultimately, Tinder Live is about people attempting to connect with one

another, but not always knowing exactly how. I mean, if you take away the Tinder app from this

and the performance art aspect and the focus on dating, it's what we're all doing, right?

Trying to connect, going through the world, trying to

figure out how to connect with other people in a meaningful way, and sometimes succeeding,

and sometimes not, trying to figure out how to be alone, how to be with ourselves along the way.
