And today we start our preview of the Lakers' first round matchup against the Minnesota

Timberwolves. We're going to start out with our initial thoughts. And then we're going to

start to zero in a little bit more into the details of the offense, of the defense and all that.

But Dee, I kick it to you very broadly.

What are kind of your overall thoughts on this matchup?

So, honestly, this is funny, but the first thought I have is this is like our buddy of Mike

Trudell series.

Longtime listeners of the pod know that Mike is from

Minnesota. It's just funny to have these two teams play each other. And for Mike, I know that he's got

general old school interest in what the wolves are doing on a day-to-day basis. The wolves are such

an intriguing team to me, Pete.

They're an interestingly built team.
