Lakers with some breaking news.

The Lakers have bought a draft pick.

That's right.

The Lakers are in the game, getting the 35th pick from the Orlando Magic.

According to Adrian Wuznarowski, they've acquired the 35th pick for a future second round

pick and cash.

We've talked about how the Lakers have about $4 million in cash to send to a team in order to get a pick in tonight's draft.

We have since heard that the pick they are sending.

This is rumored is in 2008, which means it could be the Lakers' own second round pick,

or they also have a pick from the Washington Wizards in 2028 going to the Orlando Magic in exchange for the 35th pick in this year's draft.

So not just a second rounder, but an early second round draft pick.

The Lakers, big move getting just about a first round. I mean, 35 is an early second round pick. What do you think about this move for L.A.? Oh, I'm incredibly excited.
