And D. The Lakers signed D'Andre Aiton to a two-year, $16.6 million deal, second year as a player option. After his buyout with the

Blazers, he cleared waivers today. Lakers signed him soon thereafter using the rest of the MLE.

They still have the biannual exception available, perhaps for a backup five or something else,

but today we're talking DeAndre Aiton, but I want to

start, not today, but a few months back, I think it was right after the Lakers got eliminated.

I hadn't done my whole sit down for two days and go over every team in the league and, you know,

see what's there and what's not thing yet. But you had, because you're kind of, that's sort of a 365

job for you. And you text me and you're like, hey, what do you think about DeAndre Aiton? And I think

my response was something like, get out of my face. Like, leave me alone with this. Don't bother me. And I did my whole thing where I,

you know, dig around the league. And about two weeks later, texted you and I said,

what do you think about DeAndre A? Let's talk about that idea that you had. And here we are

these couple of months later,

not necessarily under the circumstances that we expected, of course, but DeAndre Aden is a Laker.
