how are you doing out there in Vegas?

I'm trying to stay cool.

It's really hot out and taking a little break from the pool right now, talk a little

Lakers, you know, obviously they haven't won a game this summer yet, so that's unfortunate, but still plenty to talk about as always.

And tough life dealing with the heat and some, well, let's face it, some Ruffler Lakers basketball lately in terms of the Summer League squad.

Anyway, but at least you do get to go hang out at the pool a little bit.

We got to start here though, Lakers fans are not happy and I don't blame them the Lakers miss on Gary Trent Jr a name that we've been hearing connected the Lakers literally for years I it's way back when he was playing for the

Portland Trail Blazers and I think the insult to injury here it goes to the Milwaukee

Bucks for a veteran minimum. Yikes I know the Lakers don't have an open roster spot, but my goodness, Daniel, life, life is not good right now for Rob Palika and the Lakers.

Yeah, I mean, this is obviously a tough one to swallow just because like you said, like the

guys signing for the minimum, like it's not like Rob had to necessarily move, you know, hoops to get this guy, make four different trades, clear all this space, do a sign and trade. Like, that's not what was necessary here. Apparently all they literally needed to do was clear one roster space and be able to afford a minimum

contract and I don't know.

I don't know if that's the reason.

I think it's more just that Gary Trent chose Milwaukee which also comes down to the

Lakers ability to recruit right now and that's kind of been a theme of the

off season you know they miss out on Dan Hurley they miss out on some of
