Hello Lakers nation welcome and the Lakers nation live the Lakers come up just short in game five another painful loss to the Denver nuggets so close can't help but leaving that game feeling like the Lakers let it slip away an opportunity was there for a win a couple things here and there that ultimately led to the loss.

That's how close these games against the nuggets have been.

It's always down to one, maybe two plays.

And unfortunately, so far, Denver tends to get the better on those.

The Lakers coming up short short I look at the

free throw line as a big reason why not able to knock down enough of their freebies

and a game they lost by two to miss nine free throws.

That is an absolute killer.

And then of course that big offensive rebound.

They gave away to Aaron Gordon Late

that turned into a Denver three.

Have to do better on that. that was also a big possession that ultimately I think really decided this game of course a lot of other things to get into

but your thoughts coming off of a brutal loss

For a while now. I've kind of said like the most demoralizing play really I said it's because of

a golden state but I mean this series also just makes it apply to Denver probably honestly more than

golden stay more than anybody that the most demoralizing playing basketball is an offensive rebound.

And there were at least three times down the stretch where Laker's did everything right for 23.8 seconds and ball drops literally in yoke his hands the one time lay up right in front of the room ball gets bounced out and I think MPJ hits one. I know it was

KCP and then it bronze doesn't boxed out Aaron Gordon or it was over the back either one

don't care at this point. It doesn't matter.
