1:01.5	And for me as a viewer, I've been really disheartened seeing her show very little effort to
1:05.9	truly understand why it wasn't okay. You know, she's been saying different things to different

1:11.0	depending on what they sort of want to hear. She's allegedly been talking about it all over town,
1:15.9	despite telling Brad that, you know, she's ready to move forward. You know, she's getting incredibly
1:19.5	defensive over it, both to Brad and also Brad's girlfriend, Julia, in that scene at emo night
1:24.8	and other people. And just like overall, it just doesn't feel like Emmy during this season has been
1:30.3	able to take very much accountability at all for her words and really understand
1:34.5	why they made Brad feel the way he did and why they're problematic and damaging.
1:41.1	And in terms of Lake's role in all of it, she's gotten a lot of heat for what many
1:45.0	view her as not really standing behind Brad enough and also maintaining her friendship with
1:50.8	Emmy through all of this and perhaps not challenging Emmy enough from what we've seen on the show
1:55.4	to like help her really understand. So when the opportunity came through to interview Lake, I took it because I wanted to
2:02.6	try to better understand why Lake has handled the situation in the way that she has,
