chalk full of your layered Hamilton superfood creamer. Well, I'll I'll send you a case I do I said you want anyway but I'll get you we'll get your case of that stuff.

Dude, we we go through it at such an alarming rate and countless friends of mine.

Our buddy Tommy hadn't drinking. Yeah, he relapsed off coffee after like five years because of it.

Yeah. Right. We got everybody back up that thing. That's not a bad thing if you're going to do it. If you're going to do it do it right, you know, so we got to get you this machine.

I have a machine that makes everything you just push the button. It's kind of good and bad and makes a perfect cup but it makes a little too convenient.

So you just have coffee all day. That's the secret. That's well. Yeah, you need just never need to eat or anything.

I think I need that really badly because I have like I don't even know if it's a growing tolerance but I just have a progressing addiction where I pile in more and more of this layered creamer.

I know. Like it's it can't be healthy like how much of it I'm consuming I dump it in until I'm thinking like oh god and then I dump a little more.

I love it. How'd you come up with that? Hey, I want to just tell you congratulations for you know, being alive.

That's a big deal. Yeah. You got a good job. You survived to to a point where you're actually sitting down with remote control.

Good. That's good. I do. It's an honorable deed. It's a tough journey down here. You know, hard to.

Yeah, man, I appreciate that so much man. I mean it. Yeah, life is really good, dude. I never would have thought that I would be alive past 30. I never expected to make it 230.

But if you asked me at any point like, you know, what would life look like for you at age 46? I would just probably get bummed out.

I got like I got and here I am thriving. It's really killer man. How old are you? I'm 56. So I got you by 10. I got I got 10 on you.
