0:45.4	to increase distance. This is a term I've had a long fight with over my years as a coach.
0:52.8	As soon as things started to become measured, it was very clear that this term is very

0:58.0	And I still do videos now to this day where I tell people, just be careful with this term.

1:15.2	So, okay, when people try to lag the club more on the way down, so leave the club up,
1:19.5	what they end up doing is they end up extending their lead risk a lot because the
1:23.7	easiest way to leave the club up there is to extend lead wrist.
1:28.1	So people who don't know what extend lead risk means, think cut lead wrist.
