Yeah, a little less relaxed and a little more under the gun than I am usually on Tuesday nights, but I'm pretty excited about this. So this is my first draft of the season, and that's unusual for me not to do some drafts before this one. So I'm pretty, I don't know, I don't know if that'll be better or worse, but I don't think it's going to hurt me that much. I'm well prepared. Okay, good, good. I'm glad to hear. I'm drafting third. You're drafting fourth in this draft. It was KDS this year. It wasn't randomly drawn. The order to choose where we're drafting was randomly drawn. And Tim McLeod naturally still got first, didn't matter, and he chose first.

Dr. Roto got the second choice. He chose second. I had the third choice I chose third. You had the sixth choice. Five and six were gone after I took the third spot. You decided nestle right next to me at four. And we were talking before the show that both of us might have chosen

another spot after doing a little bit more prep and deciding or maybe having done another

draft and seeing what the what the picks are. What would you have done differently?

Well, so when I settled on four, I don't know. Often I'm just kind of like when in doubt, just take the earliest pick. Because you just never know. Like I don't know who you're going to pick. I don't know, right? Who's going to go second to Dr. Roto? Like, so you just don't know. So sometimes I've tried to get cute and be like, oh, I don't want to pick four because I think there's a top three or something. and then the third and then one of them falls for four and I'm like ah I'm gone for four so I so in that regard like I I don't hate

picking four so and with it being like a week out I was like well I'll just take the earliest pick

and figure it out them but I will say that I don't know when I started getting like in the

nitty gritty of who I was going to take

I didn't feel like there's that much discrepancy between who I can take at four and who I could

have taken at seven and you and I have talked about how we like being in the middle.

Yes.

So it was more like I wasn't that enamored with picking forth the more I got into it and then

that means I'm not in the middle, which whatever like Like, it'll be fine. I'm not on a wheel or something like that. Like, it'll be fine. But I don't know. I wouldn't have minded maybe just being in the middle. I said that I took forth more to be close to the two, three turn. And I still think that may work out well for me. I'm not sure. But, um, yeah, I think if I could do it again right now, I probably would have picked seven. Yeah, I like seven or eight or nine. I'll say if you want to take Spencer Strider, yeah, and I think he's the only picture that goes relatively early. You might choose to go a little bit more in the middle of the first round, not take the first four or five picks.
