Veltera Spaniard, stage eight, a very exciting finale.

One that we thought it was going to be like this, and it certainly delivered,

This stage, stage 8, was from La Gragne, to Alta de Montcalveille 165K's,

two major climbs. Rolley terrain, certainly not flat,

but two major climbs. The first is not difficult,

Puerto de La Rasa, 10K's, 5.3%, but the main one,

pure mountain top finish, rampas, inhumanas,

up to Alta de Montcalveille 11.3K's, 7.6%,

it's straight up a fake news climb. We told you yesterday, first three K's,

like four, three percent, four percent average gradient,

and then it gets brutal. There's really nasty pinches in this in the last five K's.
